Sausage Wraps

Quick and tasty wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Macsween Smoky Pork & Beer Sausages
  • 10ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 packet flat breads
  • Seasoning
  • 40g mayonnaise
  • 30g baby spinach
  • 100g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 50g sunblush tomatoes
  • 30g finely sliced onions

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180c
  2. Place the oil in a non stick pan, add the sausages and cook golden brown on all sides
  3. Place in the oven and cook through, reserve from oven & keep warm
  4. Place the flat bread wraps into the oven until warm
  5. Lay 2 large flat breads onto a chopping board next to each other, spread mayonnaise onto bread, top with onion, sunblush tomatoes & baby spinach to one side
  6. Lay the sausages evenly onto the centre of the filling, season and top with the cheese
  7. Roll up and cut the wrap, place on a plates
  8. Serve with chipotle yoghurt
