Our Pork, Bacon & Black Pudding Sausages are crafted using a traditional pork sausage recipe originally created by John Macsween in our butchers shop in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh. Blended with our unique spices, bacon and Macsween Black Pudding, these succulent sausages are perfect for all occasions including Sunday Brunch. 

Ingredients

British Pork Shoulder, Smoked Bacon, Black Pudding, Oats, Salt, Pepper, Pearl Barley, Spices, Wheat Flour, Herbs. Filled in Natural Pork Casings.
